3 Great Closings in July, congrats to the Halls, Millers, and Campbells, how is that for some common last names, but uncommonly great people.  We have a couple great new listings, one just up today 8/1, I have spent a lot of time on the ground in Willard and Ozark in July, so if you have interest in these markets, I could right a small book on my recent experiences.  Hope you and your families are well!

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend!  Vicki and I have been extremely busy and have 3 closings later this month on the buy side.  We have some pretty slick listings right now too!  Year to date we have sold over 4 million and are trucking hard for our 2011 goal of 5 million in real estate sales.  Kind of exciting that so far this year we have represented clients from the Springfield Police Department, Missouri Highway Patrol, the Marines, the Army, the Navy and getting ready to start showing property to a couple that work for the Greene County Sheriff’s Dept, I think it says a lot that we meet the expectations and can provide great service to those that do so much for us!
