So excited that here we are two weeks before Christmas and we are helping 3 special clients close homes before Santa makes his rounds.  In addition one of our listings is closing the 17th.  We currently have a shortage of listings, would love the opportunity to bring your home to market in 2014!!  Under promise, over perform.

It has been a very long time since my last post, I am very optimistic about this holiday season and what 2014 has to offer.  Vicki aka Mom and I are wrapping up another record year together in residential real estate sales.  Having moved our license to Coldwell Banker Vanguard is proving to be a wise decision for our business, we have surpassed 4 million in sales, while adding another 2 + million in sales at our former broker earlier this year.  A very big thank you to all of our clients, friends and family.

2014 we see a number of challenges ahead and we will continue to be just a phone call away for advice or guidance when it comes to local real estate.  The potential for rising interest rates, healthcare and political uncertainty will prove to be some key players in the next 12 months.  Interest rates continue to remain historically low, inventory is increasing, I see the potential for some “deals” again in the near future!  Best Regards and Happy upcoming Holidays!!  J.R.

Business decisions are in the works for 2013, yesterday Vicki, made the decision to place her license with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realtors in Springfield. When life presents opportunities our family believes you take them! Vicki is excited to have made a decision that will better serve our clients. Congrats Mom! Our mother/son team was #1 at Carol Jones in Springfield last year, we continue to get better each day and appreciate our client friends!

Holy cow is this year about over or what! Congratulations to many of our first time buyers that have been able to purchase their first home at incredible interest rates. We have just honked past 5 million in sales and things do not seem to be letting up. Hope to have the opportunity to take a deep breath and touch base with everyone before the end of the year. We have some really interesting and unique properties listed right now, check them out!

Vicki and I have now closed over 3.5 million in sales year to date and have over 600K under contract.  More exciting, we have a number of great listings in the Springfield area to choose from and rates are RIDICULOUSLY LOW.    There are many uncertain things about the world and the state of our economy right now, but we continue to encourage investing in real estate in Southwest Missouri, there are many certain things that are associated with this market.  Come see us at an open house, give us a jingle or message via email or facebook.  Stay cool and many hopes for rain and cooler temps soon!

Vicki, aka, mom and I were recently both awarded Bronze metals by our local board of Realtors, mother is now a “life” bronze member, whats even more exciting, we are not even half way through the year and are both nearing eligibility for awards in 2012.  Just found a great home for Randy Collins and his family, Randy is a 23 year veteran of the US Army and we found him a great house and 20 acres.  Jake and Lacy Martin also closed on their house in March allowing them to purchase their “forever” home in Rogersville school district.  Just a couple great success stories, as we have 8 properties under contract at this time, Andy Galle is looking forward to his home being completed by Bussell Building at the end of this month.  If you need an investment, want to build, want to flip, want to just learn about real estate in Southwest Missouri, give us a call 417-350-8333.

Hello All,

Just got back from my honeymoon, this year is proving to be a wild one.  Anxious for everyone to meet Emily Hutcheson!  While on the cruise Vicki closed a great home for Aaron Haynes and Kayla Offill, new construction in Republic MO.  We currently have one listing that will be closing next week and have 3 buyers under contract.  I also will be listing me personal home in less than a month.
