It’s that time of the year! The days are filled with the hustle and bustle of the holidays in addition to already busy lives.  The “peak” of the buying and selling season ended with the return of cooler weather, festive lights and holiday parties. Our team took some time before Thanksgiving to get together and take a group picture. We truly enjoyed the beautiful fall weather and spending time with our families and team. You will see the big group shot in our Christmas newsletter set to arrive at our clients doorsteps in December. This has been a great year for The J.R. Hutcheson Team and we remain busy with new listings hitting the market (three new listings THIS WEEK!) and helping our buyers find the next place they will call home. We already having closings scheduled for 2017! Thanksgiving is behind us now, but we are truly thankful for our clients. Now bust out the boxes of decorations, the cookbooks full of family favorites, and  every ounce of holiday cheer, because it’s December 1st!

It has been a busy Spring for the J.R. Hutcheson Team and we are geared up for an even busier summer! The goal of growing our team was to provide our clients with exceptional service in their real estate needs. J.R. and Emily will be welcoming a baby boy in just a few weeks!

Happy New Year from the J.R. @ CJR team. Lauren passed her test, orientating this week and will be jumping right in as my team’s Operations Manager. I wanted to take just a second to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

Exciting news for the team and this page. Lauren Brooke, my sister is joining the team. We have had a great year with close to 40 transactions closed and well over 4 Million in sales. We are implementing some exciting systems for 2016! Vicki and I have always been two of the very best in expertise and professionalism, but we have had opportunities that will be remedied with the help of my sister, Lauren is an accomplished retail manager and has a Degree in Business Administration from Drury University.

The year continues to be very busy, I have lots of houses to find for clients and offers to attract on listings, never, never too busy to do a good job in regards to new business. Like years past, a foundation stone of my business is working with first time home buyers. Not only a foundation stone of business, but a house will represent a foundation stone in my clients lives…a job not to be taken lightly!

It is certain at this point that 2015 is going to be a good year for our real estate market, numbers are up over last year and prices look to be up a little too. I do not believe it is a “sellers market” by any means, there are however some price ranges that are selling well, condition seems to be the driver if you want to sell quick, what I call “the good stuff” is only lasting a few days on the market…if you list with me or simply any professional agent, then hit the intersection of price and condition you will sell your home fast in this active market. Really been cranking out the transactions this year, I am pacing about 40 deals, thats a lot of dirt, really anxious to see how the rest of the year plays out! Best Regards! J.R.
